What we actually do
Our packages and hourly services are tailored to meet your needs. Here are some examples of what we might do for you.

Point person for the couple throughout the event
Receive deliveries or pickup items on your wedding day
Cue the processional
Coordinate the flow of events, such as toasts, first dances, cake cutting, and other key moments
Assist with photo lineups
Coordinate any special details or surprises
Ensure marriage license is signed and safe
Address any guest inquiries or concerns during the event
Manage any unforeseen issues or emergencies discreetly and efficiently
Provide a fully stocked emergency kit with items such as safety pins, bandages, sewing supplies, stain remover, etc., to handle any small issues that arise
Meet coordinator licensure and insurance requirements of most venues

Serve as the go-to person for resolving problems so the couple can enjoy the day stress-free
Management of outside caterer(s) and support staff (add’l fee may apply)
Serve as point of contact up to 90 days prior to your wedding date
Receive deliveries
Ensure the timeline is adhered to throughout the day, making adjustments as needed
Cue the DJ, photographer, and videographer at key moments to ensure no details are missed
Deliver tips and final payments

Setup decor, signage, florals, and more
Bud vase and simple floral design creation (add’l costs may apply)
Oversee vendor arrival and setup, troubleshooting their concerns as needed
Support smooth venue flips from ceremony to reception
Additional hands for setup and breakdown (add’l costs may apply)
Ensure that all personal items, gifts, and décor are packed up and returned to the couple or their designated person
Assist with vendor load-out and ensure final venue walkthrough is completed
Pack bouquet for preservation services
